The Excel E-Series is an economical manual version of the Excel that retains the Excels powerful lifting capacity and stylish design. The Outback is a sturdy exterior scooter lift that fits both 3 and 4 wheel scooters and automatically stows in the upright position. It has a unique design with dual hold down arms, a "stabilizing pin" to reduce rattles and sway and a swing-away option. The Outback's durable anti-slip platform and all-steel, weather-tight construction ensures years of reliable use. All VMI lifts are eligible for reimbursement of up to $1000 from GM, Ford, Daimler/Chrysler, Saturn and Volkswagen, under the terms of their mobility programs.
